Product Warranty
Product Warranty Summary
1. Warranty Coverage:
Next Brick offers a limited 25-year warranty on the structural integrity of our interlock concrete pavers under normal residential and commercial use.
2. Covered Defects:
This warranty covers the following:
• Cracking or breaking due to manufacturing defects
• Loss of structural strength under normal weather and loading conditions
• Resistance to freeze-thaw cycles (as per CSA A231.2 standards)
3. Conditions of Warranty:
• Products must be installed according to ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) guidelines and/or local building code requirements.
• Base and bedding materials must be properly prepared to ensure stability and drainage.
• The warranty is valid only if installation is performed by a qualified contractor.
• Any use of non-recommended or chemically reactive materials may void the warranty.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or storage
• Surface wear, staining, efflorescence, or color variation (these are natural characteristics of concrete)
• Damage due to de-icing salts, pressure washing, or exposure to harsh chemicals
• Acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
5. Claim Process:
To submit a warranty claim, the client must:
• Provide proof of purchase and installation details
• Document the issue with photographs
• Allow our team or a third-party inspector to evaluate the site
If a claim is approved, Next Brick will provide replacement pavers of comparable color and style. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered.
